It has gotten much better nice buses staff is much nicer I stopped using grayhound for a while because of the crazy buses and the terrible drivers attitude but u have new people much better

No notice was given just told that the driver had not arrived. Causing me to be late to connect to the bus in Dallas had to wait in another long line to get another ticket, because there was nothing that anyone did to rectify the situation. Arrived to Houston very late! Was supposed to arrive at 5:55pm, arrived at 8:30p.

Missed bus, bus number didn’t match with my ticket had to get another bus later on it in the day cost me more money never traveling flixbus again. Driver didn’t speak no English which was hard to show him my ticket. First time ever taking the bus and I don’t think I’ll do it again on flixbus!!!
