How can I reclaim my Suitcase. The color is black easily identified by a a piece of Khaki string tied to the handle. Very important items are in it.

Bus was more than 2 hrs late to arrive destination. No notification was recieved informing of the delay. Had to be in constant communication with my son and those picking him up at the destination.
