The bus was due to arrive in rio at 2.40pm. It is now 20.20 - almost 6 hours late and google maps says we have another hour still to go before we arrive. There has been no explanation as to why the bus is more than 6 hours late - likely 7 hours late when we arrive, or what time we will actually arrive. I wanted to arrive in the daylight to a new city and before the evening rains, so its also extremely inconvenient to now be arriving late at night in the traffic and storms. I have another hour to go to get to my accommodation. I would expect compensation for this.
