The trip was very comfortable. Staff and fellow passengers were helpful because of problems with language. Negatives the busy left late . Approx 50 minutes was spent at the half way stop . The traffic was heavy coming into Rio de Janeiro . Plan ahead . Using Uber from the bus terminus to the hotel was very easy as the Uber signs were well displayed

It was awful.. the bus stopped in 30 degree heat for 2 hours with no explanation and we had to change buses. It was 4 hours late. I'll never take we mobi again

It was a very comfortable bus with good seats . There was an appropriate amount of breaks at rest spots. The only thing that wasn't so good was the AC was very cold so bring warm clothes. But overall it was a good journey.

The premium seats we bought (at the very back of the bus) where so cramped. We had no room and our legs were sandwiched between our neighbours in front of us.. it was a very uncomfortable 12 hours. It caused bad feeling between our neighbours and I've been in pain all day.
