Your bus smells like sweat and filthy , couldn’t find the ticket at the boarding time but even though I was getting it online your employees made me pay 20
Dollars to print the boarding pass again, very disappointing trip . Seats at uncomfortable for the long journey, please wash it with bleach or something to keep it clean . Hope this will be the last time I will take a trip on greyhound.
