The overall trip was great, however, the driver seeing I struggle to walk with a cane only lowered the side of the bus once. It was embarrassing to fall on the steps boarding the bus and requiring help to stand up.

The bus was comfy but packed which at this time of year is to be expected. Mostly I was disappointed because my tickets included luggage and my 24 hour reminder said the same thing and then when I got to the depot they extorted me out of 20 dollars per carry on because of changes I was not notified of.
