With an occasional exception, the ground staff are rude, clueless and offer no explanations.
Mr. Micheal (Supervisor at Dallas downtown) put me on the wrong bus. And made no apologies when I returned from Lewisville. The obnoxiously obese American African lady on the staff was discourteous and standoffish. The staff barks if asked any questions.
All in all, such a shame. Never again.
