The seats were very uncomfortable, there was trash underneath the seats and it smelled like a port-o-potty. Also there was no indication prior to or after booking that there would be a stop in Anderson after 2 hours. I was only informed after I was already on the bus and we were leaving the station.

BUS BROKE DOWN 4 times a 4 hour trip took 13 hrs to complete. The staff is the most nonchalant unhelpful people ever . I will never understand why it’s so hard to get these buses inspected before take off . This is not the first time of this happening! Greyhound needs to step up their game or SHUT COMPLETELY DOWN!
