First the bus was scheduled to leave at 8:10 am, we left at 8:35 am. Next we waited for somebody being held at the border for over an hour, i had a connecting bus in Toronto to catch. The Toronto bus dropped me off in Hamilton dead in the middle of a city block with no help in pointing out where to catch my connecting bus to John Monroe airport. It took me over 2 hours to find my way to the airport, this was the first time for me using a metro

I found the Customer Service did not have any knowledge of bus info. The Airport pickup was very unclear as to which bus to take. We boarded a Travelways bus, we boarded a different bus at the Buffalo depot, The customs info had been explained. We waited over 1 hour at the border for one passenger to clear, The removal of all our luggage so many times is not going to work for us again.
