The bus came on time at Bangor (actually left before the scheduled time), smoothly driven into Boston in the late afternoon without an issue. But I noticed that the driver let people get seated wherever they want (which was good while it was half-filled) and didn't support passengers whose assigned seats were taken even when it got almost full at Portland. If that's the way, Greyhound shouldn't assign any seats to begin with.

The first bus was great, exactly what it said it would be. The bus from Boston to NYC smelled of old cigarettes, no ports, and the air conditioner was not working properly. The bus was so cold the driver was asked to turn off the AC, which made the air stuffy. For whatever reason the driver went over the GWB and then thru the Lincoln Tunnel to get there.
