I issued (and paid) a bus ticket from Aveiro to Porto with a bus leaving at 11:15am on Sat. Nov. 25. I got the ticket in my phone and waited at the bus station. The bus never came. There was nobody to answer my questions and the ticket booth was closed from 11am to 1pm. At 11:30 I walked to the train station, issued a new ticket, and took the 12 o'clock train to Porto.
