Bus from Geneva to Chamonix Mont Blanc: Tickets & Timetables

I booked a 12oc transfer and paid, only to be notified the day before that the 12oc bus was full, so was given the 1oc transfer, meaning I had to wait 3 hrs in Geneva airport for my transfer Totally unacceptable Staff were pleasant and friendly

Very helpful and when my flight was late in organised a later bus with no hassle. Ciro on the desk was really kind

Bus arrived ahead of schedule and departed on time - showing luggage inside double decker was a bit symbolic - arrived in Chamonix 5 minutes behind schedule but had left Geneva in rush hour

Bus was good, but drivers were not. They always keep shouting at travelers and not answering any questions and inquires

The bus did not turn up. There was no customer service available and I was left completely stranded.

They were 40 minutes late and there was no way to know, had to ask every bus that came if they knew where it was and ask others if they were looking for the same bus

Excellent - punctual/ perfect time of arrival - clean bus - pleasant driver - no complaints

Driver arrived late so we set off 20mins after the scheduled departure time. We then arrived 1hr10 later than the scheduled arrival time.

Everything was smooth and instructions simple to follow. The collection point in the arrivals area was easy find and the driver arrived a few mins just before departure time.

The bus was 12 minutes late and we arrived at 12:45 and not 12:15 as schedule. The driver did not even bothered himself to call the two situations’ names before arriving our destination. Swiss tours were exactly on time and their bus is a lot more convenient.

The bus from bla bla car did not arrive and I had to cancel my trip because I booked my return ticket for 5:10. I have wasted my time and money. Very disappointed

Bus was on time and driver was friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable ride to Chamonix.

Bus and trip was fine. Bus driver was extremely rude. When checking in he he didnt understand how many bags we had despite showing him. It took another person to help intervene. He also questioned my friend significantly about the extra bag she had purchased despite her showing evidence of this bag. Other female passengers had issues with him too!
