I have taken two Futura trips, San Miguel de Allende to Moriela and the return to SMA. The first trip the bus was 3 hours late, the return trip yesterday was 1/2 hour late. Fortunately, I had a flexibility schedule. I have not had this major issue with any other bus companies in 3 years of traveling Mexico.
