Futura has received mixed feedback from users. Additionally, a few reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness and amenities such as non-functioning TVs and lack of toilet paper on board.

The trip was so relaxing, restful. It was non-stop. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. The ride was smooth. The bus did not seem overcrowded although more or less full. The internet connection was helpful and good. We will soon be going back to Mexico City and likely do it the exact same way we did this time: go by plane and return via Futura on the exact same time which was 10:00 am to 5:40 pm.

Bus was fine. It arrived for pickup in Tecoman two hours late. During the trip, the was like a freezer., the temperature was uncomfortably cold, even with a sweater on. It was not the best ride I’ve had on.buses in Mexico.
