Bus was suppose to be there 5:30 and only came 6:30 . No toilet on board even though when we booked it showed toilet , now this is important cause my girlfriend is pregnant. We had to get off every 2/3 hours for her to go to toilet . She even threw up a few times and it was hard with no toilet . Bus was also delayed between 5-7 cause of bus overheating. Our trip was supposed to be 17 hours and 30 mins it ended up almost being 24 hours !!! Absolutely ridiculous . No port was working so phones were dead . I honestly don’t know what we paid for … But never ever again.Oh and the one guy was so rude taking the bags and told us we must give R50 we asked for what and he didn’t want to load my luggage. It all had tags on from inside. We booked a flight back now and will never ever do this again especially this bus line

It’s very sad to drive in a bus with 60 passengers,no windows and the air conditioning is switch off,not broken…switch OFF.preference to one of the drivers-the older gentleman man of the two.disappointing.

Where to start ! It was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Bus was very late for pickup as in very late. My ticket said I could have 20kg luggage, but they charged me 200 for a bag that was 18kg’s cause apparently it was overweight for local transportation 😹😹😹.The seats were torn like literally a hole on the seat.From the time we departed, this bus was making a weird sound and something was definitely wrong but they drove us anyways! We reached Bloemfontein and then they told us the bus ran out of air and the mechanic could reach us in the next 6 HOURS! Yoh . Now imagine we’re already behind time , overcharged on luggage and stranded. We waited and waited till we started looking for taxi’s to get home . This was such a terrible experience shame
