Misleading information of where the bus was going, booked to go to Harare but i was dropped in Joburg… taken to a different bus, with terrible service, uncomfortable non- reclining seats, & overloaded. My ticket booking was supposed to arrive 2am plus 2 hrs with delays.
Its 7:34am and am still 6 hrs away from arriving to my destination. The Journey by bus from Captown to Harare is waay too Long, These delays are a health hazard.

I will never use this bus again, they lied that they go to Harare Zimbabwe but they dumped us for the whole day in Johannesburg and only got into another bad bus after 13 hours. Terrible service.

The bus was supposed to depart at 10am but we left after 2pm. And at 3 sisters we changed the bus and gets to another one since the one we boarded first wasn't fit for the road. My worst traveling experience ever.
