Additionally, issues with hygiene have been noted due to cockroach infestations on some buses. Passengers also mentioned discomfort from cold air conditioning and noisy windows during their trips.

I gave it a 5star because of the way the drivers conducted themselves through out the journey, but for the bus its self i give it 3star. 1. I didn't enjoy the repetition of old movies(joh enough with the dinosaurs and whales), 2. Due to the distance traveled from pretoria to richardsbay please consider a sleepliner for comfortable travel.

The trip was fine but there were some cockroaches in the bus 733. It was difficult to eat because when I open my food , cockroaches are starting to move around falling from the bus curtain they were also coming from the window rubber.

The bus left me yesterday 😭i was late by 15 minutes due to traffic at Johannesburg . When i got there the bus was still there . But the lady who working there said it have left and my ticket is expired
