What I did not love is that I arrived early and was hoping to switch to an earlier train, however the VIA Rail customer service helper was not able to because only Budsbud (third party through which I bought the ticket) is able to. However, when I tried calling the number given, I was just on hold and never reached anyone. Additionally I had paid for an option to have flexibility to modify the ticket time, however this should not be an option if I cannot actually access this service.

Horrible. I was on a train that goes directly to Toronto from Sarnia. I was told my ticket had me get off at London and transfer. Thst train broke down before arrival I had to spend 4 hrs in London with no phone and money to even be able to find a way home earlier. I was late for my evening shift and written up. My dog wasn’t able to get let out and ruined my carpets in my house. The worse experience I’ve had travelling. Ever
