Bus from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale: Tickets & Timetables

They denied me the ability to get on two buses. I was on time for both and for the first one was denied. The second one I was told left at 5:25pm when the departure time was 5:30pm according to the security head at the Orlando bus station. I then called the number he provided and they wanted to say the bus left at that time and wanted to make up why they could not get me on another bus after explaining the security guard barred me from the bus as I was upset about the fact that I forgot my bags on the previous bus and instead of trying to help me they made up a story the bus left early when support said it left at 5:30 and when I confronted support they were no help and did not even try to help and left me stranded in Orlando. On top of that I was being lied to by the security guard and the customer support person and they denied to assist me in any way and the customer support person did not even attempt to help with tracking the bags back. It was a horrible experience

I couldn’t drink or eat on the bus for 6 hours driver took my drink

Unfortunately coach was dirty. Toilet was disgusting and wifi didn't work. Driver was quite unpleasant. Otherwise seats were comfortable and coach was on time. Lack of wifi was biggest problem for our work.

The bus was not comfortable. Bumpy ride. Seats to close together to high. I was very pleased with the driver. It also dropped us off right where we needed to he that was the best part.

First time using RedCoach for a long trip and I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

The driver was on time and very knowledgeable although the trip was uncomfortable with the stability of the speed.

I was most disappointed, embarressed and inconvenienced when i was advised i have to pay $20 for my carryon. I informed the staff i read the itenerrary and was entitled to a free carry on. She colleced the $20. My.other diaspointment was no wifi on bus. This being my first expeirence travelling on a bus. Further, i must compliment the driver from.tampa to.orlando it was perfect. However, the orlando experience was distasteful. The bus was late to embark without an apology, no wifi, driver was late as i missed my uber. We arrived at 4 am instead of 330 am. I believed the driver went passed the greyhound stop in FLL and he had to turn and find his way back arriving at 4 am

Worst experience of my life, you’ll always have problems with lengthy arrival delays.
