Rider Express Edmonton Vancouver recent customer reviews
I was discriminated against by the driver because my service dog wasn't wearing a service dog harness and was denied my bus trip
Devin B.
It was my first time taking the bus that travelled outside the province of Alberta. I felt nervous missing the transfer in Calgary but the driver made the trip comfortable and reassuring. He was professional and courteous. The drive from Calgary to Vancouver was alright. The issues were out of the driver's control like no Wi-Fi, and electricity for plug-in. The hand sanitizer was empty before leaving Calgary so I had to notify the driver about it.
Ysa D.
