Paid for assigned seat wad told it was both ways and it was not. Person was not happy to share seat beside him. Not great. Both drivers were skilled and I felt comfortable with that.

The bus was comfy but packed which at this time of year is to be expected. Mostly I was disappointed because my tickets included luggage and my 24 hour reminder said the same thing and then when I got to the depot they extorted me out of 20 dollars per carry on because of changes I was not notified of.
