Totally disappointing bus arriving 3 hours late at Vienna and 9 hours late at Sofia. Rude staff and disgusting conditions inside the bus and the chairs are terrible like there are rocks inside on both sides. Will definitely not recommand to anyone

Don’t choose this company!!! Veeeeery low hygiene! Very rude drivers who wear their masks only on borders!!! Toilet didn’t work! I’m sure they won’t to repair it at all.
