this was the oldest and most uncomfortable bus I have ever travelled in. The seats were terrible, there wasn’t a pouch in front of me to keep my stuff, the bus shook all over and there was an awful loud sound the whole way. No wifi and no power outlets.

Everything was very dirty, from the seats we were sitting until the floor on the bus. Noone was speaking English, and they all were rude. Also the temperature was really hot, and inside the bus, the smell was terrible.
