Bus Tickets from Vancouver, CA to Vernon, CA

The first half of my ride was perfect, but for some reason not explained we were moved to a second bus mid way, that lacked wifi or power for charging & almost an entire hour later than expected. Kinda messed up my trip. Both drivers were lovely & professional, just some unfortunate glitches.

Bus was behind schedule over half an hour partially due to the driver showing up late - after the bus was fully loaded, then we didnt get a lunch break on thr 7 hour trip because he needed to make up time.

Very comfortable busses, great drivers (very informative) and nice instruction to respect the sound in the space. Didn’t need to utilize the washroom so can’t speak for that however the bus driver offered me throat lozenges cause I had a dry throat.

First time using the bus system and was very satisfied with the level of professionalism. I felt safe and enjoyed my experience with each driver, particularly Darryl, who was a great addition to the trip. Kept things fun with everyone:)

I was so impressed with the efficiency, courtesy and warmth of the drivers. They absolutely went above and beyond my expectations in their friendly and caring attitudes and their attention to passenger comfort and safety. One example was how they announced clear and accurate time frames for passengers to return to the bus at each stop, and further doing head counts to ensure each passenger had returned to their seat before driving away. With other bus companies, I know of two occasions where my family members were left stranded at remote locations- one being my 76 year old mother in the middle of the night at Merritt. The bus drivers I had on my trip from Vancouver to Vernon both ensured that such an unfortunate and unsafe situation would not occur. I can’t say enough about how pleasant my trip on August 2 was - just the best!

The drivers were excellent and very kind. But we got delayed with an hour so I missed a meeting:/
