I enjoyed the ride from kamloops to Surrey, driver was courteous and professional while the driver from Vernon to Kamloops was quiet rude in his approach claiming i had no right to be on the phone for long and i had taken too many calls which was quiet shocking to me. I spoke in low tone and never knew it was a no-calls allowed bus. he sounded so unprofessional and i felt attacked.

Bus was delayed 1 hr. Not the fault of driver. Just an inconvenience. I had to transfer buses. The first bus was comfortable and the second bus was not. My back was hurting half way through the trip. All in all I would travel with this company again.
