because of covid-19 i believe there was not enough staff on hand at any of the rest stops even in new york there where no garbage bags on the buses the chargers did not work and also the staff was very mean far as they did not want to be spoken to the last driver was very nice i can say that and one concessions stand woman was very nice and helpful at the cincinnati station
