Bus Tickets from St. George to Las Vegas Airport

I would’ve been happy with much more detailed information for example, the pick up location was River Valley, which is not a place but a highway so the street address would’ve been helpful. It turns out the location of pick up was the Hamptons Inn and suites however, the front desk staff were unfamiliar with the Salt Lake bus so I was left to wonder if I was in the right location There was no signage saying pick up location for Salt Lake express bus I later came to learn that there were multiple locations for pick up in St. George, Utah, but they were not presented to me and this cost me a taxi ride across the city that I did not need to pay for Similarly, the drop off location options at the Las Vegas airport or not made clear to me. I would’ve preferred to drop off at terminal three, but did not realize that was an option until we had already arrived at the airport and I told friends to meet me at terminal one so that we could depart to buy a terminal three. The transport vehicle itself was not what I expected. All of the advertising for the Salt Lake express shows weight, greyhound style luxury coaches, but what arrived was a 15 passenger blue sprinter van hauling a utility trailer side passenger loading door did not open reliably. The bus was cried with no amenities And no room for luggage. The ride itself was a bit erratic.
