We had to change buses 3 times during the middle of the night. Whilst we arrived on time there was no reason given for the multiple changes and at times we were left at a bus station with no bus or with any idea of its time of arrival. I was on the bus/es for over 20 hours and was given a cracker, a juice box and a cup of coffee with no opportunity to buy anything. At those stops I mentioned the were no shops open. All in all disappointing.
