The bus was over an hour late and the updates underestimated the lateness and stopped coming after it hit 35 minutes. Then my QR code wouldn't work! Luckily I had the pdf of the ticket and the driver let me on. We sat waiting to leave for a good ten minutes after that. Altogether poor experience.

Horrible - your site literally puts in the wrong pick-up location and if another dispatch driver who happened to be dropping people off near the location that was on the ticket itself hadn't called the driver for our actual trip we would've missed the bus. Why is your pickup location listed as 1995 Franklin Mills Dr with specific instructions to go past the Dave & Busters restaurant and there's an actual sign posting labeled as the pick-up only for your drivers not to pick up from there?
Users have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting terrific drivers and timely trips. The buses are described as nice and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. While some delays were noted due to traffic or other reasons, users appreciated the clear communication from drivers regarding any schedule changes.

Just a little upset because we didn't leave on time, BUT I was happy that the driver got the bus ans explained the reason why were leaving late and that's the way it should be in all traveling. That's great customer service.

This is not your problem, or your fault, but the major bus companies should get together and erect a bus shelter.
Users have shared positive feedback about the friendly and attentive drivers, as well as the clean and comfortable buses. However, some travelers experienced challenges such as difficulty locating bus stops due to unclear signage or directions online. Additionally, there were reports of non-functional outlets on board and a lack of communication regarding delays through the app.

They got me where I needed to go, traffic slowed it down, that's whatever. But the outlets weren't working, and my phone needed to charge, that sucked. Then the driver kept making announcements telling me and the person beside me to stop talking to each other, even though we were being reasonable in our volume. Don't know what his problem was.

The worst experience ever, we got stuck on the highway because the bus kept overheating. Was late to NYC by 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I booked to be picked up at cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey, and had a difficult time finding where the bus stopped, the sign was very small. I sent about 15-20 minutes circling the parking lot. No direction on the web site as to where the pick up was located. Outside of that, the service and ride was excellent
Users have shared positive experiences, highlighting the smooth ride and timely arrivals. Many appreciated the ease of boarding and praised the drivers for their excellent service. While most found the journey enjoyable, one user mentioned that a fellow passenger felt cold during the trip. Overall, feedback is largely favorable with minor concerns noted by some passengers.

Driver was very nice but the bus was filthy. I can understand old, and while the seats and bus were ripped and in not so great condition, the main problem was that the bus was very very dirty. Bad smell too.
