The journey itself was great. Before the bus arrived I received notice it would not be a branded flixbus and then it was when it arrived which caused confusion. The app was showing that the bus had already departed when in fact it had not even arrived yet. It did arrive about 12 minutes late. It was very confusing and anxiety filled.
