It was very dreadful. After leaving late, we were 30 minutes from our destination and the driver stopped at the on route saying “This is a 15 minute stop.”; proceeded to turn off the bus and step outside on his phone for 60 minutes. As a disabled person with mobility issues, I was not able to get out of the bus and back safely. As well as being a person on SSRIs, I am at higher risk of heat stroke.
This resulted in me getting sick for the first few days of visiting my family.
