The buses where neat and very comfortable,the bus charging box was not working

There was a rattle behind the rear seats, coming from the engine compartment. The seats are un comfortable. The heating wasn`t on. No stop to get a cup of tea or coffee. I hope my return journey is in a different vehicle.
