Megabus UK is appreciated for its friendly staff and well-maintained buses, ensuring a generally pleasant travel experience. Additionally, there were mentions of discomfort due to seating arrangements under the ventilation system being too chilly.
It was a freezing cold day the driver assisted me with my luggage and was very polite. The coach was very clean comfortable and warm. Also I was very impressed with the interior design of the seats.

I liked the seats. They are very spacious to accommodate legs. I did not really like the coach from Buchanan to Manchester because there was no charging point at all. There was no tissue paper in the toilet. The toilet was smelling of urine despite being flushed. No wi-fi.

The connection from Edinburgh to Dundee was very good and the coach was very smart (high standard) . But the coach from Leeds to Edinburgh was very dirty, old seats, smell from the toilet was all over (unpleasant smell). But the coach was on time and the driver was very good.

didn’t catch the bus friday 19 th 7.35 am as M5 closed , took us an hour to get to cullompton and missed the bus ( but someone said it didn’t turn up ) ) , basically we tried for two hours to book the Fakcon megabus and have up and booked through Budbus and got a ticket . but no tracking system to see if bus had gone etc .. it was two bad accidents closed north and southbound M5 between tiverton and cullompton so really bit megabus problem but we just couldn’t get help to book ticket in the first place , it rejected two different cards for payment , but didn’t think to log into budbus to track . my husband ended up driving me up to the airport . just suggest to people when book , if they can !!! to megabus .com to sign in to be able to track . bud bus was about £6/7 more but we booked it in minutes . tragic accidents but if we could have tracked , maybe bus was hang an hour late like us . we started in tiverton and returned to tiverton 2 hours later to get on M5 northbound to catch my flight . mu husband is 77 and if only i could have tracked the bus … thanks
