The service was really excellent, staff were great, there was a delay due to a major incident on the motorway which is perfectly understandable however there were no updates at all on the live boards etc at the High Wycombe bus station , this would have been so much better

Advice is to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time. Unsure of time delays, I was there 30 minutes beforehand. Passengers were left standing in the cold morning air until 5 minutes before the departure time. Then the driver appeared and was loaded. We actually left five minutes late. The driver was brusque and a little belligerent. An essential service which many passengers are encountering for the first time. They may have English as a second language. The driving was fine, but the attitude towards the people it serves needs improving.

We were late so waited for bus at Thornhill Park & ride. Airline Bus service was/had been busy, didn’t even bother to stop at Thornhill. We had to take taxi to Heathrow instead.
