The bus showed up an hour late to pick us up, then they spent a 1/2 hour trying to load a handicapped lady onto the bus with the wheelchair lift and nobody knew how to use it. Then the bus driver tried to start the bus and had a really hard time starting it. It turns out it was her first week on the job. We got a few miles down the road and people from the back were yelling to stop the bus because of bad fumes. The driver pulled over and called for a new bus, which they delivered eventually but it wasn't full of fuel which was another adventure. All in all, I was 3 hours and 45 minutes late to my destination and completely missed my appointment. Never using this bus service again!
