Horrible company! My mother arrived at 945am for her 1055am departure wasnt picked up until 240pm only to pull over on exit indian hill because the ac when out. I purchase tickets to a show in vegas at 9pm which were non refundable needless to say she did not make it in time. Most disgusting service. i will NEVER RECOMMEND.

It would be nice maybe if we know where to go when we arrive at the bus terminal. Bus ticket counter or direct to bay no. for whichever bus or where to fall in line. I'll be happy to know. Like letting us know the departures and stopovers.
