The Houston station was terrific. When I arrived the mens room was a mess. A man went in there and cleaned it up just great. The Dallas station was not as nice, and there was no one to print my ticket. I waited 20 minutes and then got a ticket right before my bus left.

I was very disappointed because the bus from downtown Houston to Katy delayed by one and half hours. That was so much delay for a 35 minutes drive. Worst still the staff did not tell us well in time that we will have such a delay.
