I thought I hit 5 stars so apologies if I only hit 1. The only thing that seemed like a safety issue was that the ceiling hatch of the bus wasn't actually closed and when we drove through the rain passengers had to jump out of their seats to try to close the hatch to stop rain from coming in

The reservation process and directions were great! The driver was very capable and communicative. However we had 30 minute traffic leaving Boston and in what may be his commitment to staying on time he was driving at 95 mph at times! I took a screenshot of my google maps that shows the speed he was driving! While I am not a stickler for the speed limit this was excessive I thought.
