We were 1.5 hours late to arrive to New York, I became worried about our next coach connection and I asked the driver what could be done but his response wasn’t good. We were rebooked to another coach 5.5 hours later. The staff in the ticket office were grumpy and sometimes rude because they were tired and exhausted. Overall, Greyhound need to review the coach timetables as 60% of the coach were late and this put both the drivers and passengers under extreme pressure to meet up.
