The bus driver I had from Columbus to Buffalo is why I’m giving it a 5 star rating. Kevin was awesome. Kind and professional. My bus to Toronto was late so thankfully they were able to put me on another one.

2 out if the 3 busses we're late and the second had me waiting an extra 4 hours in the middle of the night with no food options or chances to rest as the station was noisy and busy. The staff had no idea when the replacement driver was turning up and we're rude and abrupt when I asked for an update. Absolutely rubbish service provided by Greyhound.
