When purchasing the ticket the bus was said to have Wifi. This was not true.
Why do your staff try to organise the Visa themselves with a 400 baht profit? Plus the 100 baht to Cambodian immigration that is a false amount on top of the real 30 USD the plus 100 Baht is writttn on paper unlike the official amount on the sign above the counter. This needs to be rectified.
