Greyhound Lines, Inc. White Plains Boston recent customer reviews
Unfortunately the driver forgot to stop at the station and I wasn’t able to make it. When I asked the customer services they informed me that the driver is new and he forgot to stop. This was so frustrating. New drivers should be properly trained before assuming their responsibilities.

The bus was SUPPOSED to arrive at White Plains at 9:30 AM, stop at New Haven, Providence, and arrive in Boston at 3:50 PM. In reality what happened is the bus driver got lost and did not arrive in White Plains until 1130. The bus then proceeded to make several stops, including Stamford, NewLondon, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods and others. The passengers were obviously very upset about the timing. The driver was less than apologetic. Although the bus tracker system said we arrived in Boston at 4:28, in reality we did not arrive there until approximately 7 PM!
