I was told to be at the bus stop half an hour before departure, which was a complete waste of time as there was nowhere to sit in the rain. The bus was late to pick me up, making it over half an hour late to my end point. The driver never communicated ETA to passengers, so I could not inform anyone coming to meet me what that new time might be.
