Union Station staff terrible. Poor communication. To please riders, they had us staged for the bus outside in the cold only that it wasn't a brief wait but a 2 hr standing in the cold at 3am. The bus was orig scheduled 1:50am but arrived 3:55am. It was a cold 22F with child. Didn't step out of line to bathroom because didn't know if the bus would showed up. Very terrible experience. On;y booked this because no trains or planes available on that day!
