In my ticket it said that this bus has everything. XL seats - they are not. Toilet in the bus - not there. Electric outlets - not there. Refreshments - not there. Wi-Fi worked only sometimes. TV - didn't work. Bus is old and not clean. The only good thing was the driver. Good driver and a good man. Got to Kiev almost on time.
