I loved that the pick up and drop off was exactly on time as scheduled, I needed to change my e ticket to leave one night earlier than expected and they did it for me by calling their customer support number and then I sent $10 cash app to bbbus and the driver let me on with no issues. The bus had a restroom and changers and everything too which was nice. Over all experience was great. The only thing I was little confused about initially was the pick up location. It was a little obscure and I wasn’t sure if I was in the correct spot to get picked up.

First off I brought 7 tickets at one time we got there he didn't wanna allow my children and grandchildren on the bus. He said he didn't take cash cause we offer to pay twice which we didn't have. So he finally seen that I paid for all 7 tickets. Then he was driving wild and crazy. He was very racist towards all the black people on bus. They left people that paid for their trip out in Richmond Va. It was bad. I would rather spend 50$ and ride with BBBUS. CAUSE WANDA WILL NEVER SEE MY MOMEY AGAIN. THANKS BUT NO THANKS AND THE BUS SMELL SOOOOO BAD
