It was fine. The signage in the airport does not make clear where it will arrive. The road is not great (lots of bumps) but that's not the companies fault. No easy way to travel comfortably in this part of Mexico.

The driver was very rude and looked on without giving any help. My 70-year-old husband tried to put our suitcases in the trunk of the minivan, which was very high. It was very difficult for my husband, even with my help. We had never seen such an attitude among Mexicans, who are always very friendly and courteous. We will recommend another means of transport to our friends.
