I was originally scheduled for the Friday bus and had to cancel and make it for the day before (Thursday) I completed the arrangements and when I got to the bus station the Thursday bus was cancelled without any direct contact to me. Im afraid I am still being charged for the Friday bus even though I cancelled and scheduled for Thursday.

The bus was right on time. Barry the driver, handled our luggage professionally, and skillfully made his way through Vancouver’s streets. He warned us about the delays at the border crossing . The crossing went smoothly. I felt that the bus company provided good value. I would use it again to go to Bellingham airport. I wish it made a stop in Burlington or Mount Vernon.

The driver was excellent. However, there was a group that missed the pickup time and we were delayed about 30 minutes waiting for them. Many passengers were concerned that we would miss flight times as a result. Maybe the company policy should be to not wait on a few when it makes a full bus late. The driver diligently made up some time but it was close.

I will NEVER buy another ticket for Amtrak again and will ONLY be going via bus. They closed the gate at 6.55 (5mins earlier than allowed - 7.00am is cut off) and refused to let me get my train at 7.15am.
0 help from staff - "there is nothing we can do - that's their decision to close the doors early if they choose"
