Amtrak broke down, passengers stuck in the trem for a long time and couldn't get out ,I missed my appointment, lastly when arrived at the connecting bus also got stuck waiting for passengers of other trem instead of getting us home since we were already delayed and provide a second bus to passengers behind

It was very noisy, and a bit uncumfortable in the beginning of the trip, as there were 6 guys on the bus, just released from prison. One told my relatives he had been in prison for over 23 years.(I forgot the exact number of years). The driver tried to calm them down. He was good. I am older and found it difficult to get off the bus during the trip with my heavy bag, when the bus went for cleaning and refueling halfway the trip. Where we stopped, there was no lock on the bathroom door, a lady stayed in front of my door, and I did the same for her to watch nobody would walk in. There was no soap, and no towels to dry your hands,Thank you for asking. The bus driver tried to assist everyone at the end of the trip.
