Greyhound Toledo New York City recent customer reviews
My bus was 6 hrs late. It was scheduled arrival 9:35am and it arrived 3:30pm. The driver stopped at 2 gas stations for waiting shift driver? I missed my flight 3pm from New York to Rome. Checking ticket will cost me $3000 more. I have to book new one and cost $1000 more. I stopped at customer service room to complain and airfare cost money. Not satisfied.
